Our Service provides a suite of free, privacy-focused, client-side utilities, including but not limited to an image editor, text toolkit, data converters, and various generators (the "Tools"). All processing performed by our Tools happens directly in your web browser. No user data or files are ever uploaded to or stored on our servers.

3. User Responsibilities

• No Accounts: Solite does not require user accounts. All Tools are accessible without registration.
• Lawful Use: You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Service by any third party.
• Your Content: You are solely responsible for the content you process using our Tools. Since all operations are client-side, you retain full ownership and control over your data at all times.

4. Data Privacy and User-Generated Content

• No Data Transmission: When you use our Tools, the files and data you work with are not sent to our servers. All processing occurs locally on your device.

All intellectual property rights in the Service itself, including the software, design, text, and graphics (excluding user-generated content), are owned by Solite. As we do not store your data, we are not liable for any loss of data that occurs on your own device.

You agree not to use the Service to create, edit, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing on intellectual property rights. You may not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.
